The full-day session will start at the Leica store where Robin will guide participants through the intricacies of lighting, composition, and storytelling in food photography. then the group will head to the nearby Embla restaurant for the practical component of the workshop. Alongside instructor Robin Lowe will be head chef and owner Dave Verhaul who will discuss his approach and method. Participants will gain valuable insights into the art of composing visually stunning images that showcase the beauty of food, its preparation, and the accompanying lifestyle.
Included as part of the workshop, participants will enjoy the full dining experience with lunch at Embla, offering guests an unforgettable day of rare behind-the-scenes access as well as a special dining opportunity.
The afternoon will be spent working closely with Robin Lowe at the Leica Store & Gallery Melbourne editing and reviewing images from the shoot.
